Programs and Privates:
We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds on programs or private sessions. Our commitment is to provide valuable and dedicated training experiences, and once enrolled, these services are non-refundable.

Merchandise Purchases:
For merchandise bought from our gym store, we do accept exchanges, but only in person. If you encounter any issues with your purchased products, please visit our gym and our staff will be happy to assist you in exchanging the item for a suitable replacement.
